When Julia’s mother brought her to our Cerebral Palsy medical centre he was just 2 1/2 years old but her size is like 4 years old. Her mother say that she has balancing problem, cannot walk properly, cannot run, didn’t cry at birth, no coordination, no speech but can make a sound, can suck but cannot blow and bit slow in everything.
